Ammar is a marine engineer, PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and accomplished underwater camera operator, photographer and videographer with extensive experience filming and diving along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.

His years exploring and working in the region have given him an in-depth understanding of local marine environments, as well as the logistics and operational requirements involved in underwater filming projects in Saudi Arabia.

In 2026, Ammar won first place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Underwater Photography Championship.

Alongside his commercial filming work, Ammar has contributed to marine science projects for NEOM, AMAALA and Red Sea Global, combining strong technical and diving expertise with an intimate knowledge of the Red Sea.
