Thamer has over 23 years of experience in Red Sea marine ecology and water sports and kept developing his skills in marine operations to become an avid yacht captain and Sailer plus a professional diving instructor in several associations in technical diving and gas blending.

He is an award-winning underwater cinematographer and his works aired in local and international TV shows and documentaries. (Travel Channel, MBC, BBC, and lastly Horizon on Netflex)

These skills and expertise were combined to allow Thamer to become expert in documentaries, marine logistics, which led him to lead first OceanX Red Sea Expedition operations in the Red Sea.
