Will is a highly experienced camera operator with a strong technical foundation and over 14 years in the film and television industry. After graduating with a Major in Screen Production, Will was excited to explore the industry beginning his career as video technician and gradually working his way up through the ranks to a Camera Assistant. His years of experience as an assistant allowed him to gain a deep understanding of camera systems, workflows, and on-set problem solving. This solid grounding has shaped him into a confident and precise operator. Now firmly established in the world of operating, Will is known for his versatility and technical expertise, regularly shooting across a wide range of specialist camera systems, from remote heads, stabilised gimbals and his foundations of traditional ground shooting. His work spans both on the ground and in the air, allowing him to deliver dynamic, complex shots while maintaining a strong creative eye and meticulous attention to detail.

In addition to his television and commercial work, Will has extensive experience operating on feature films, where he has worked within large scale crews and demanding production environments. His feature film background has sharpened his ability to collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and camera teams while maintaining precision under pressure.
